Tryouts

14 and Under

Age Groups:  10, 11, 12, 13, 14
Date:  Tuesday, November 1st
Registration:  4:30 - 5:30 PM
Tryout:  5:30 - 9:00 PM

Spiral Volleyball will NOT be having a second tryout today.  All of our rosters have been filled. 

18 and Under

Age Groups:  15, 16, 17, 18
Date:  Saturday, November 19th
Registration:   7:30 - 8:30 AM
Tryout:   8:30 - noon

Placement Tryout: 18 and Under

We will have a second tryout to place additional players on teams if necessary:
Saturday, November 19th at 2:00 PM

SPIRAL VOLLEYBALL TRYOUT WORKSHEET

Please read the following instructions carefully. Use this worksheet to check-off the items as you complete them and be sure to bring the necessary forms with you to tryouts.   

  • BRING PROOF OF USAV JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
    After registering with through the Arizona Region, you will receive a receipt of membership
     
  • PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
    If it is your first time playing in the Arizona Region, you MUST provide a copy of your birth certificate
     
  • $25 TRYOUT FEE
    Payable in cash or check only. Please write all checks payable to Spiral Volleyball.
At the conclusion of the tryout, players chosen to play with the club will be asked to sign their contracts and an initial deposit (commitment fee) will be required at that time. Please have a parent available to sign the required documents and provide payment at the conclusion of the tryout.
 
First monthly payment for 11-14 teams is due on December 1st.
First monthly payment for 15-18 teams is due on December 1st.
