Lindsey Palmer was a three-year Varsity player at Westwood High School.  Her impressive awards during her high school career include being named to both Second and First Team All Region teams, East Valley Player of the Year, and Second Team All-State.
She went on to play for Chandler-Gilbert Community College where her skill as a player won more recognition.  During her freshman year she was NJCAA Player of the Week, she was a First Team All-Region player, and was First Team All-Conference MVP.  That year Lindsey's team was the Region I Division II runner up.  Her sophomore year she was a First Team All-Region player and was also a First Team All-Conference player.  That year CGCC won the Region I Division II Championship and placed second at NJCAA Nationals.

Lindsey also brings her coaching experience to Spiral.  She has coached at Westwood with both the JV and Varsity teams, and she has coached club ball for Molten Volleyball Club and Club Red.

Lindsey's knowledge of volleyball and enthusiasm for the sport will help bring passion and understanding of the game to Spiral's young players.
